Man Ho delivers authentic Cantonese cuisine in a grand, modern setting. At the helm in the kitchen, the Hong Kong chef crafts dishes such as char siu, braised abalone, Hong Kong-style crispy chicken and a rich double-boiled soup. Dim sum at lunch is a highlight.
