It lacks the views of its Lizhiwan counterpart, but the food here tastes just as good. Duck egg noodles are kneaded with a traditional bamboo pole for a springy texture, before being blanched and tossed in shrimp roe, or in a broth made with dried plaice, pork bones and dried shrimp.
