Next to the Fine Arts School, this vintage bistro cuts a fine figure with its cement tiles, designer light fixtures and bare bulbs, as well as a bar, banquettes and bistro chairs. The bistro lineup is packed with first-rate, carefully crafted seasonal ingredients: risotto-style celery, truffle and foie gras, confit lamb shoulder, cumin, asparagus and labneh or braised aubergine to die for… Take a peek through the small window that separates the dining room from the kitchen and admire the white-jacketed brigade hard at work.
