We greatly enjoyed their dish of cod and coastal prawn, which stands out for the quality of its raw ingredients, as well as the sea bass with lemon, featuring a perfectly cooked fillet accompanied by creamy coriander rice, lemon gel and pearls, and a champagne sauce.
