‘Abbesses’ is the name of a train station in the Montmartre district of Paris. The damask patterns on the walls, red bench seating and antique furnishings conjure the atmosphere of a bistro from the good old days. À la carte menu items are meant for sharing. Popular items include mackerel marinated in vinegar and roast wagyu. The freshly cooked truffle soufflé omelette shares its fresh-cooked scent.
