In his restaurant overlooking the Bassin du Roi, chef Gauthier Teissere is assisted by Marguerite (his wife) front of house. He delivers contemporary, creative cuisine, jazzed up with the occasional nod to Asia. The stylish, snug interior is the perfect foil for dishes that reverently respect the seasons.
