In this restaurant, originally an inn dating back some 500 years, Dietmar Sawyere showcases Alpine ingredients, preparing them with original ideas and a pleasing blend of modern, classic and traditional approaches. The five-course set menu features dishes such as Brüggli char, chestnuts, nut salad and mountain miso, or Angus beef entrecôte from Ennetbürgen, celeriac and Alpine chimichurri. There are further options should you wish to add or swap out a course. The wonderful food is accompanied by a decent assortment of Swiss and French wines.
