The dining room is fully the equal of the luxury hotel brand and the crystal chandeliers, marble flooring and plush velvet chairs provide the perfect foil to deftly crafted food by a French chef with over 20 years’ experience. After working in top kitchens in Taipei and Hong Kong, he chose Kaohsiung to reveal his new vision in 2023.
