A stone’s throw from the marina of Étaples and only 5km from Le Touquet, this new restaurant is focused on succulent wholesome fare made with carefully sourced local produce. The recipes of chef Pierre Chavatte hit the spot every time. The interior sports a contemporary vibe with semi-open kitchens and hanging light fixtures surrounded by roots, a passing nod to the restaurant’s name. Highly recommended!
