The food is rather more adventurous and the chef deftly crafts modern recipes, putting a new spin on regional and gastronomic favourites, thanks to a sprinkling of creative touches. Delicious desserts, like this duo of figs and creamed rice in a crisp cinnamon-scented tuile. We recommend booking a seat in the blue dining room which overlooks the Lauch River.
