Run with great dedication, the restaurant has a tasteful interior, and attentive service comes courtesy of an accomplished front-of-house team under the management of Claudia Johnson. But perhaps the main draw is the food served up by chef-patron Michael Huppert. His really innovative set menu cleverly integrates contrasts, with a focus on top-notch, predominantly regional produce.
