In the heart of the grandiose Hôtel Dieu, the immense 10C dining hall bathed in light from stained-glass windows sports tasteful white walls, artwork in shades of grey, wainscoting and huge pendant light fixtures. Consultant chef Marcel Ravin signs a repertory in the zeitgeist sprinkled with West Indian accents that is crafted by Anthony Clorennec: velvety smooth pumpkin soup, grilled hanger steak, choux pastry stuffed in vanilla cream.
