This intimate restaurant is a love story in itself, where chef Tom enjoys explaining his dishes at the table and is always happy to recommend the best wine to accompany his well-constructed culinary creations. As an example, his traditional savoir-faire shines through in the way he cooks pigeon to perfection as well as his intensely flavoured sauces. His exquisite and more modern side dishes provide the perfect harmony.
