The outhouses of Bretesche castle, an imposing medieval behemoth, are home to a plush dining room which overlooks the grounds and lake. Delightful bar in the former stables. The chef signs a score that caters to modern palates: Brittany scallops, parsnips, coffee; locally grown carrots, Brière honey and cardamon orange.
