Just a stone's throw from Guérande's famous fortified wall, this family-run bistro with a sober contemporary decor serves appetising cuisine that combines regional ingredients (catch of the day, seaweed, pork, butter milk, buckwheat) with more exotic touches (spices, ginger, lemongrass, coconut etc). The resulting dishes are hearty, meticulous and balanced: quite a feast!
