The chef at Ramster uses locally sourced products to create succulent dishes such as braised leg of Heidschnucken lamb or wild hare. These taste particularly good eaten on the lovely terrace overlooking the garden. If you fancy spending the night, the rooms, some of which have balconies, are comfortable and contemporary in style.
