"Regional" is more than a name here, it is a philosophy! Since September 2022, Timo Plenter and Ina Stuke have been running this traditional restaurant in the centre of town and are completely committed to sustainability. The chef cooks honest flavoursome food, sourcing seasonal ingredients from the region and favours local suppliers. You can choose between a three to five-course menu (also vegetarian) and the 7-course "Signature Dish" menu. The interior decor marries modern and rustic elements. Cordial service from the attentive staff. In summer a few tables are set up in front of the building.
"Our name says it all: we are deeply rooted in our region! Anything not produced within a 150km radius is always organic. As well as local sourcing, a focus on sustainability informs everything we do, eg treating our employees fairly and sensitising them to the issue."
