This is a chef who certainly does not shy away from contrasts and really showcases his talent in the process. The way he puts his own spin on a dame blanche sundae while respecting classic flavours cannot fail to impress.
With labels from around the globe, the fantastic wine list certainly has the perfect accompaniment in store, including some attractive pairings by the glass. As for the modern interior – an atmospheric interplay of leather, marble and striking copper chandeliers, adorned with the shells of Gillardeau oysters by hostess Patricia.
