An honest approach and tradition combine in this restaurant run by two sisters and named after grandma Toneta! Truly excellent and seasonal Mallorcan cooking with a focus on flavours and ingredients unique to the island. Customers can also buy products from the small shop.
"We have our own organic vegetable garden that provides us with our seasonal produce, we also use zero-mile ingredients that have their own Mallorcan identity, and we compost our organic waste. The true value of an ingredient comes from its local roots, not from price you pay for it in a market."
