Gỏi cuốn hoa bướm are the photogenic rice paper rolls adorned with edible pansies. The sweet peanut dip works well with the crisp vegetables. Męt bánh Huế is the vegetarian version of the famous steamed rice cake wrapped in banana leaves with fish sauce on the side.
