Masu is a bubbly eatery, just like Maxime and Sullivan, the colourful fresco and the cool vibes of the DJ’s soundtrack: youthful, funky and laidback! Every month, the duo of creative craftsmen concocts a new menu that keeps pace with the seasons, often drawing on their binchotan barbecue to add whoomph to inspired recipes. Examples include grilled corn on the cob with a spicy sauce and sweet-sour rings of shallots (the epitome of finger food, of course). It’s party time every day at Masu.
