In this contemporary yet informal dining space featuring attractive designer detail, it’s well worth keeping a close eye on chef Sandra Jorge, who champions a modern and creative culinary concept that takes the best local ingredients and a strong focus on contrasts as its main focal points. Three tasting menus are the only options here: Xanglot, Degusta and Sentits.
