This restaurant is ensconced in a village built in stone of a beautiful golden hue. Restaurant manager Constant Delouis and his Japanese sommelier partner Hiroki Hashino (formerly at Takao Takano and Au 14 Février) have enlisted the services of talented chef Yo Miyazaki, whose fine French cuisine is flavoursome, precise and very much in touch with the zeitgeist. It features a smattering of creative details and includes nods to tradition, eg free-range chicken with chou farci (stuffed cabbage) and a red wine jus. Discreet references to the Land of the Rising Sun can also be detected in some dishes. An inviting, natural atmosphere prevails in the small dining area with stone walls and arcades.
