2018 Michelin Guide Gourmet Fair will be held for three days from September 14 (Friday) to the 16th (Sunday) at the I’PARK Mall in Yongsan-gu district. In its second year, the gourmet fair will bring the culinary forces of 16 restaurants listed in the 2018 Michelin Guide Seoul.
They include Michelin-starred restaurants such as La Yeon, Joo Ok, Jin Jin, Ristorante EO, Table for Four, Yu Yuan, and other Michelin-recommended establishments like Dooreyoo, Flower Child, Korovia, L’Enfance, Mish Mash, O Mangia, Ryunique, Seoul Dining, Soie et Epice, Tereno. Each restaurant will showcase a signature menu, specially designed for the pop-up event.
In addition to the ‘Gourmet Zone,’ the fair will feature a ‘Market & Dining Zone,’ showcasing a wide range of lifestyle brands and dining areas. Visitors can also watch live cooking demonstrations by featured chefs as well as enjoy live music performances. In the evening, the ‘Grand Canopy’ will host a wine-tasting session, which will be followed by a formal dining event.
