MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Masayoshi Omino was previously a systems engineer. He set out to become a yakitori chef at the age of 31and uses the same kind of chicken, charcoal and technique as the restaurant where he trained. He grills it fragrant and juicy, close to the flame at high heat. The creamy liver and whole heart are distinctive offerings. Do we detect a hint of the systems engineer in the efficiently and precisely prepared dishes, all uniformly delicious?
