MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Enjoy a set menu of creative Japanese cuisine at this stand-alone restaurant. The sashimi gets some added touches. For example, white-fleshed fish is garnished with orange soy sauce, ark shell with mustard vinegar miso, and the katsuo is done salad-style. The soy milk goma-dofu is a standard item, served grilled or made into croquettes. There are also meat dishes like grilled chicken and wagyu roast beef. From 9pm you can also order à la carte.
