MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This restaurant was born of an encounter between fashion brand Chanel and restaurateur Alain Ducasse. What Ducasse proposed was cutting edge French cuisine that made best use of Japanese ingredients. In charge of the kitchen is a trusted Japanese chef. The presentation of the dishes is beautiful, and they feature plenty of domestic ingredients, including vegetables from Kamakura and veal from Hokkaido.
