MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Yoshoku’s roots lie in French cuisine, says the chef. The offerings here form a wide assortment, from hamburger steak and cream croquettes to terrine and rillettes. The specialities of the house are omrice (rice-stuffed omelettes) and beef cutlet sandwich. The omrice is made with no less than four eggs and ketchup rice seasoned with salt and pepper. The cutlet sandwich offers a pleasing contrast between the aroma of the grilled bread and the tenderness of the beef tenderloin.
