MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Here one can enjoy creative, delicate cuisine featuring seafood from the coast of Osaka and Naniwa vegetables. Expect a wealth of ideas: ayu grilled over charcoal as it’s sprinkled with tade vinegar or coated in sweetfish guts and grilled. There are also seasonal set menus featuring particular ingredients done different ways, such as bamboo shoots in the spring and ayu and hamo from summer to autumn. Lunch is for parties of at least four.
