MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Fried over a high flame using a blend of mostly sesame oil, the tempura is light and fragrant. The focus on seafood and the natural flavours of the ingredients comes from an appreciation of the culinary classics. Enjoy variations of flavour using dipping sauce together with truffle salt and matcha salt. One of the specialities is sweet potato garnished with brandy and refined sugar. There’s also an appealing selection of wine to go with the tempura.
