MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

A queue forms from before the restaurant opens, with most of the customers coming here for the ‘Negi Udon’, with its generous Kujo leek topping. The soft, thin noodles go well with the dashi made from kombu and several kinds of dried fish, including katsuo and mackerel. The menu features unique titles for the dishes like ‘Mari’ and ‘Yoshioka’, named after celebrities and local regulars.
