MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The owner-chef came here from Nagasaki to learn Japanese cuisine and opened this restaurant based on the theme of Japanese culinary tradition and innovation with his wife. The focus of the menu is on seasonal seafood from the Goto Islands and Ise-Shima. The spirit of hospitality can be observed in the decorative flowers, arranged by the tea ceremony and flower arrangement aficionado owner-chef himself, and the usucha served at the end.
