Right in the old town, this lovely restaurant is pleasantly down to earth and lively – the impressive stuccoed ceiling really draws the eye! The name Parlin is a portmanteau word – the aim is to offer "the best of Paris and Berlin". This is reflected in the mouthwatering menu, which includes flavoursome seasonal dishes and classics such as fish soup or Wiener schnitzel.
