The Istanbul branch of the Nobu restaurant chain is located in the Ritz-Carlton hotel and emphasises the Eastern facets of this cosmopolitan city. You can grab a table either in the bar or the restaurant, both of which are as hip as they are minimalist. The stunning view over the Bosphorus and the city is really something to behold.
