Beyti Güler is a living legend in Istanbul. Since the 1980s, Istanbulites have been coming to dine here in this stylish building, which is a fine example of nostalgic Turkish charm. The charcoal grill is at the centre of the kitchen, where the experienced chefs cook to perfection all kinds of meat. Traditional kebab fare as it should be.
