‘Chaat’ means ‘to lick’ in Hindi, as the food here is so good that you’d have the urge to lick the plate. The new chef continues to deliver a menu that covers classics from all over India, re-imagined with finesse and acumen. The must-try black pepper chicken tikka from the tandoor oven is best enjoyed with its signature cocktails.
