This is the second restaurant of the idyllically situated Hohenhaus hotel, a magnificent property laden with history. The eatery has a classic-meets-rustic-style interior and a warm atmosphere – plus a lovely 18C tiled stove. The cuisine is seasonal and based on premium ingredients, which are for the most part sourced from the region. It is a treat to sit on the terrace and take in the view of the surrounding countryside.

"In the Brothers Grimm "Hessischen Märchenland" I have found my personal El Dorado and can draw from the abundance of the land: mountain sheep, game, potatoes, fruit, honey, grain, slaughterhouse, "farm to table" becomes reality. Our employees are close to our hearts, as you can see from our own company kindergarten."
