An old farmhouse in Meursault's vineyards, complete with a garden, terrace and pergola, is the charming setting for the restaurant of chef Jean-Christophe Moutet (previously at Pommard). Tartare of sea bream, royale with fresh herbs; squab, rhubarb, in a sesame crust; a handful of Burgundy classics: the chef's savoir-faire is as appetising as ever.
