The impressive city views make this an ideal spot for a date and its décor is chic, with an open kitchen, oversized industrial light fittings and charcoal walls. They’ve worked closely with Ciel Bleu, Amsterdam on their identity of French fine dining infused with Japanese influences; and three tasting experiences – Ku-Ki (4 courses), Chikyu (6) and Mizu (8). The Kamichiku Satsuma Wagyu is a menu highlight, with succulent marbled Japanese beef that’s perfectly grilled.
