’t Fornuis is a restaurant that has become rare nowadays. The interior of this pretty townhouse is rustic and authentic; the service is as in the old days. In the kitchen stands a craftsman that has held a Michelin star since 1986: Johan Segers. He returns to the roots of Belgian gastronomy and gives his guests a deliciously nostalgic feel.
