MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The sister and two brothers who once ran this trattoria, as well as the grocery next door, were considered a little mad – hence the name, which means ‘three madcaps’. The building has retained its attractive country feel and is now popular with gourmets for its fine local cuisine, such as tortelli (a type of ravioli) with herbs and parmesan.
