The InterContinental Barcelona, opened in 2021, offers luxury lodgings for those who’d rather stay up in this elegant district overlooking the Mediterranean. The hotel has plenty to like, from a rooftop pool and open-air bar with glittering views over the city to a restaurant by Victor Torres, the youngest chef in Spain to earn a MICHELIN Star.
