Originally a run-down shop in a squatter village, it moved to this location in 2000 and had a major facelift. But one thing never changed – the food is as delicious and affordably priced as always. The signature Dan Dan noodles come in two versions: a meat one with ground pork and a traditional one without, plus a spicy or mild broth to choose from. Shuizhu mandarin fish, a secret menu item that packs numbing heat, is great to share with others.
