MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

What a pleasure to sample the cooking of this young chef who has worked for Emmanuel Renaut (Megève) and Anne-Sophie Pic (Valence)! Dinner is served in a pleasant dining room: mussels mouclade, free-range egg and seasonal vegetables or fillet of roasted Challans duckling. It's good, refined, well-handled cuisine from start to finish. An absolute culinary favourite.
