MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

In the kitchens of the George since September 2016, Simone Zanoni has made an impression with his light, Italian - inspired cooking, often served in tasting - size portions. Superb dining room or conservatory in the courtyard.

Sustainable gastronomy
At Le George we are convinced that every effort can have a positive environmental and social impact. Our cooking is the fruit of a local and responsible approach thanks to an eco-friendly biosystem from table to table. The restaurant's organic waste is composted in order to nourish the soil of our kitchen garden in Versailles, which is itself maintained by people being reintegrated into the workplace. The fruit and vegetables are then used in our dishes.
