MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This bistro is everything a bistro should be. It has a retro feel, open kitchen and sleek decor with untreated materials, in harmony with the carefully presented dishes, which highlight the ingredients (free-range meat and poultry, line-caught fish from small suppliers, herbs and spices). A relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy gourmet cuisine (try the seven-course mystery menu), and attentive service. Inevitably with such a gem, booking is essential.
