Opposite the old port, the chef-patron gives free rein to his abundant creativity and his passion for fish and seafood: the tasting menu ("Plongée en plusieurs paliers") is a veritable ode to the sea, with dishes such as sea urchins with grapefruit and spirulina served as a dessert.
