The chef at Le P'tit Goustan takes pride in sourcing his ingredients locally, whether fish or meat, fruit or vegetables, before putting together a feast of tuna tartare, tarragon pesto, cucumber with fresh goat's cheese, manioc chips, cucumber sorbet and gazpacho; roast pollack with turmeric and saffron, panisse, mussels two ways; strawberry tartare... The best of Brittany inspires him to create original, masterful dishes, to be enjoyed in one of the two cosy, contemporary dining spaces. The terrace of this charming establishment has a view of the small port.
