In the setting of a campsite on the same property on the shores of Lake Toblach, a new restaurant opened with a passion for wine and contemporary food. In the kitchen, a young Austrian with important experience to his credit offers only surprise tasting menu formulas, 7 or 9 courses in the evening, even 5 for lunch. Many vegetables and many intriguing combinations, such as burnt leek, Romanesco sauce and potato or trout (alternatively, dried beetroot, reduced cream, thyme and Schüttelbrot. They rely on constant producers as well as the same family members who run a biodynamic farm. The wine list is also excellent, with around 1,200 national and international labels.
