Merci, Nous reviendrons.

We arrived 45 minutes before our reservation and were greeted warmly. We enjoyed a drink on the well-landscaped terrace that enjoys an exceptional view of the neighboring hilltop village of Fayence. A friendly and professional young waiter named Charles brought us a lovely complimentary appetizer of falafel and crackers. After enjoying our drink, we went inside to our table and were taken care of by the delightful Chloe for the remainder of the meal with seamless assistance from her waitstaff colleagues. We all ordered from the 4-course "Gourmandise" menu (65 f) which proved to be ample and delicious. The sauteed lobe of foie gras appetizer was outstanding and something seemingly unobtainable outside France. Magnifique! One of us had the excellent St Pierre fish entree, others enjoyed a special entree of pigeon. The dessert parfait was also notable for its combination of flavors and creativity. The service was attentive, friendly, and without the overbearing stiffness one occasionally finds in better restaurants. The pacing of the meal was just right. From the first greeting everything unfolded with grace and warmth right up through the final little post-dessert surprise.
